I used a dtmf tone
Then I added a pause (1 second on slice 1 to 2 seconds). For the portion from 2 to 5 second, I used a click track, which I've added a wahwah effect, an echo, a fade out and a gradual variation of the height.
I think it's like a tone phone, which no one answers and when we heard a noise (tic) in the background.
