For this sound, I have generated 2 whistles in sine wave, with start frequency to 440Hz and amplitude to 0 and to finish frequency to 1320 Hz and 1 for Amplitude.
I used cross Fade Out 0.9 to 1 abd 1.9 to 2 seconds. For transform the sound, I usec the tool "outil de niveau" and for finish, I used the phaser effect with 24 phases, orignal to 160, the frequency to 3Hz, 225 to deph and to fisnish return to 20%.
