Recording of builders preparing a construction site near my house for new development by breaking up a parking lot with a large jackhammer or percussive drill.
Recorded from the next lot over, so there is a fair amount of ambient noise (e.g., from nearby traffic), but the bits with the machine cut through that pretty well.
