This is a Synth of 3 Federal Thunderbolts set up in Downtown Cincinnati, OH. There is the 4/5 Broken Rotator 1000T on the Federal Building, the 5/6 Broken Rotator 1000T on the YMCA Building, and the 8 RPM 1000 on the Park & Lytle Place Building. The SPCA 2 RPM 1000 can't be heard in this Synth. This Synth uses the NEW Frequency Sweep Plug-In created by guitarguy19852, i also messed around for HOURS with Reverb, i think this is the closest i can get. Feel free to request a Synth!
