Sound of an ambulance passing in the streets of Rotterdam at high speed at 2 pm. Some Doppler
sound at the end when the ambulance fades away. Recorded at a long
distance, hence you can hear some sounds from other traffic as well.

I've used this sound (ambulance in Rotterdam) in a simple Flash animation (ambulances crossing "De Dam") for a collegue who's leaving our company and will start a new job as ambulance staff in Amsterdam.

Nice to hear the dutch ambulance recorded. shame that there so much distortion on the recording.
