This recording came from me sticking a AKG C1000 on the end of my window and just leaving it for a few minutes. Some interesting sounds recorded methinks.
What can be heard:
Birdsongs
Vehicles going by
Kids at the local school
Rain on the window
There are a few peaks from wind noise, there was a foam muffler on the mic but its not really designed to stop wind noise...
You can also hear me moving around at the start and end of the recording, i tried to be quiet but ,having a wooden floor, it was a bit difficult...
Recorded using a Phonic FireWire mixer and Logic 9
Do with it what you will, just reference me if you put it in anything commercial please!
