Presenter introduces Bill Laswell, he is going to play his music on a video (edited cuts from 60 different catastrophic movies by Cristiano Travaglioli) the final audio you hear (the girl counting) is part of the video dialogus mixed with the drone from Bill Laswell.
The applause in that point is for Laswell when he comes on stage.
