This house where I live has been undergoing maintainence recently. Fixing up the facade so it looks all nice and shiny. This is a recording near a window where they paint a few floors above me. The result is that small shatters and fragments are falling down on the workers platform next to my window. If you listen closely you can hear the subway passing near by.

Dear all,
Please find enclosed link to a film by the young people from Art Club in Birmingham England. You have kindly provided sounds that have helped to enrich our Shadow Puppetry film. Art Club is a place for young disadvantaged children to make art and have a safe space to play.
We would like to say thank you as your sounds made life so much easier when editing this work. Art Club kids attend our club for free, and its things like this that are keeping the wheels turning for people like us.
