Considering how I haven't contributed to this website at all, I took my h2 recorder and recorded some footsteps of me upstairs, me walking and me running both barefooted towards the end. Just lower the volume of this clip and add it to your video or project. And please credit me. If you don't atleast credit freesound. Remember, footsteps are a nice touch to your videos.

I like how at the very end you can hear someone groaning ominously and then the footsteps pick up the pace, making it sound like you were running away from whoever was making that sound.
