The main sound is the sound of someone playing a thumb-piano. There's also a gong, and two clock chimes. All of these I added reverb to and sloooowed dooooown about -81 percent. I think it sounds like the interior of a giant clock, but call it what you will. This sound is free, anyway. Made with Audacity.
