The river was just too loud, the birds to far away for a decent recording of a dawnchorus on a frosty morning at the end of March in the Harzmountains, especially that I went back to bed : ) after I have set the gear up.Shure WL 183 microphones, FEL preamp into Sony PCM-D50.
