I needed an owl noise for the background of a spooky campfire story. I wanted a barred owl, but could find nothing on FreeSound that would answer. So I started testing other owl samples, and I found this one. With a little bit of editing, it became a perfectly acceptable replacement for what I could not find, and my story became complete.
