Folks of a certain age will recognize this sound. In North America, this is the 'off hook' tone that would sound if you left your phone off the hook for more than 20-30seconds. It would usually be followed by a recorded announcement telling you to "Please hang up your phone..."
I created this one from scratch in Audacity using sine waves:
frequencies: 1400Hz, 2060Hz, 2450Hz 2600Hz
durations 100ms on 100ms off.
