I had the same problem...Wouldn't work in Adobe Premiere. Loaded it into audition and resaved with different name and it worked fine...????

Oh no! Is it working on the Website but then not working when you download it? I can always have a fiddle and try to re-upload it.

It didn't seem to work, you may have used some sort of obscure audio compression.
You can copy, modify, distribute and perform the sound, even for commercial purposes, all without the need of asking permission to the author. Get attribution text...
