I did some swishes myself using a spiral hose; I needed them for specific situations in video editing and the bamboo swishes I found here on freesound were too fast and strong. The flexible spiral hose made for some nice and slower swishes; Some of the 16 sounds build up a little, some are very fast and strong, some soft and gentle. A whole pack for you to use.
Recorded with a tascam DR-05 stereo (the movement always went from left to right); a little noise reduction in Audacity.
