Imagine the scene - you are in a space craft, cruising through space and you need to escape or get somewhere fast. You throw the engines into full thrust and go for 'warp speed' The next thing you know, you are sucked into a black hole or reach critical velocity and slip through the dimension portal. In fact - this is the sound of three vacuum cleaners, recorded in reverse audio at different speeds with the electronic sound sample from Freesound user: "72680__owyheesound__decelerate_discharge" added at the end with a bit of reverb and echo added. Simples, but effective. No?

Hi obibrickkenobi7. Sorry you didn't like it. Had I done it for your pleasure, I'd be upset but seeing as I created it as a sound affect for a play that I wrote, I'm not too bothered it didn't work for you. It suited my needs perfectly and thought that someone else might benefit from using it. Shame really, but there you go. Luck of the draw. That's the internet for you. NEXT.
