I created a noise with a frequency I slowly and constantly increased, thanks to the tool. By duplicating and reversing this one, I was able to create an effect similar to several police sirens moving, to which I added depth by playing on the stereo: one is mainly audible on the right side with headphones, when the other can be heard on the left.
