I generated a default track and took a single note from it. I then erased the rest, and repeated what was left ten times. I put an equal lenght of silence between each of them, and amplified the first four notes. I recorded myself claping my hand and inserted it after the fourth one, and then amplified and accelerate the tempo of the six notes that where left. I tried to make it sounds like a man’s breathing before and during an effort.
