I created a sound and added a wahwah effect (24Hz). I used a phaser (0,4Hz) and compressed the sound -1dB) the noise level is -55dB. I equalized 7dB. I reversed the directions. Then I created a whistle track and a another sound (300Hz) and some silence times on the entire sequence.
