The recording was recorded on Sony Dictaphone without a dead cat from 3rd floor, where the marching bands were marching on the street below. There was no wind present, so the recording is clear of noises. I managed to record 30 minutes of the bands, but they can be heard in the background throughout some of the later parts. The rest of the recording is the "more than usual" increased number of pedestrians and international guests involved in the Final of the race.
