This sample of spring peepers was recorded about a mile from my home in May of 2008. This sound sample has about 15 seconds of noise in the beginning (setting recorder on ground, footsteps), and about another 35 seconds of noise at the end (approaching car, footsteps).This sample has a moderate amount of highway noise (engine, truck jake brake) compared to PEEPS01, as the wind had picked up a bit and was carrying the sound from the freeway.Recorded in 120 degree stereo using a ZOOM H2.
