Thanks for uploading this audio. We used it as a part of a soundscape for a short film created for World AIDS Day 2023 last December. Our film was a non-commercial project called "Viejito/Enfermito/Grito (Old Man/Sick Man/Shout)," and it screened in more than 150 venues around the world in ten languages. Our film was included in a free program produced by the non-profit Visual AIDS to help raise awareness around HIV and other forms of illness and disability.
