In Max/msp there is a very nice and simple oscillator bank. This sound results from such an oscillator bank (and just a little bit of reson~-filtered noise) which had a negative phasor as frequency inlet (thus having this falling pitch). It was originally recorded at 96 KHz, because the sample was intended to be used for further processing.
