Layered sounds in Audacity from Freesound.
Started with a screaming crowd from user 'inspectorj'. Then, added screams from user 'scottemoil' (crying-man) and a man's scream from user 'thesubber13' (scream-1). Additional screams from user 'alucardsbride' (crying-woman) and baby crying from user 'the-yura' (crying-newborn-baby-child-2).
Just for an extra layer of terrifying, I added user 'timbre's remix of user 'djgriffin's tibetan chanting.
Added a reverb to a few of the screams, adjusted volumes and pitch, added some stretch. And when I first played it I almost pissed my pants.
