egg crack sizzle cook

Its not easy finding just the right sound effect. I've been wading through a long list of egg cracking and frying samples, and none of them really sounded right. Some of them didn't even sound like eggs cracking at all!

However, this one is really nice. It sounds like there's a lot of oil in that pan, but I think the listener can identify exactly what's going on here. I would like to use this in a Community radio feature about keeping allotment hens.
