Field recording taken inside a burger restaurant in Ramallah, Palestine on August 15th, 2025 at 9:16 PM. The restaurant was quiet, with only two tables occupied. At the table across from me, a father sat with his young son and daughter, waiting for their food; you can clearly hear the little girl talking to her brother.
In the background, the sounds of the grill sizzling and potato fryer bubbling blend naturally with light music playing inside the restaurant. Occasional table sounds and low conversation from the nearby diners add to the casual atmosphere.
