The bone-crunching/snapping sounds are made up from three layers of recorded sounds (the raw files are available here as well): (1) handfuls of uncooked spaghetti being snapped in two, (2) celery being snapped, twisted and crushed and (3) carrots being snapped in two.
File is mono and all sounds were recorded with a Rode NT5 into a Zoom H4n.
