Load the samples in a sampler and stretch them to fill in the gaps.
e.g. if there is a sample on MIDI note 60 (i.e. middle C) and another on 63 (Eb), stretch the first up to 61 and the second down to 62 to make a contiguous range from C to Eb, rinse and repeat up the scale.
