Transistor noise generated by a simple audio noise generator board. It is labelled "HYDZ SG-10" and is available as a kit from numerous AliExpress vendors for a very few dollars. The noise was recorded at 48 kHz 24 bits using a Marantz PMD620 digital audio recorder. No post-processing was carried out.
