20-minute loopable recording of a stream in a nearby park. Crickets, birds and the occasional breeze can be heard in the background.
Recorded by a Fifine k6 dynamic microphone connected to a Tascam US-1X2 by dangling the mic over a bridge approximately 2 ft above the water. Pink noise, eq work and crossfading was used to remove background noise (notably the sound of a lawn mower on the other side of the park that I mistakenly thought was not picked up by the microphone.) Additionally the pink noise was rendered independently for each channel and very light reverb was applied to create a pseud-stereo effect despite being recorded in mono
Note: This is the compressed version of the file, as the source file is approximately 0.5gb flac I've included this significantly smaller 9mb ogg. This version should be sufficient for general usage if you'd prefer a quick download, however if you want the full quality file, a lossless 96KHz 24bit version will be available as soon as my internet decides to cooperate.
