Started piano lessons in 1964, played in a rock band (and bought my Rhodes) in 1974, went to Humber College to learn about jazz, toured Canada with a showband (I have pictures, including polyester jumpsuits, yikes!), ended up in the I.T. world, designing large databases. Music is a hobby for me now, but both of my kids are pursuing "careers" in music, one in jazz and the other in electronica, so far.
