I recorded this with a couple of students for a theater production of The Wizard of Oz and used in the scene when the Wicked Witch melts. It's a bucket of water splashing on a concrete floor on a 100 degree day. Not that the hiss came from the 100 degrees...that and a little reverb was added in post-production.
