If they've actually taken it and put it in Logic Pro and Soundtrack Pro then I guess they're allowed to because I made the sound and licensed it under CC0.

The exact same sound is in Logic Pro and Soundtrack Pro. Very suspicious.

That's very kind of you. I seriously have no idea how this was made. It may be that it's a recording of me, it sorta sounds like me. But the goal was certainly to make it not sound like any language in particular.
