thank you for your message. You are right, I am the creator of this recording, which I made in 2013. I have published it under this licence:

It is absurd for someone to claim that the recording comes from a Youtube clip that was released in 2021. I'm sorry you're in trouble now and hope it turns out well for you.
It should be the other way around: The creator of the YouTube clip normally has to give me credit.

I added this to my youtube video and gave credit and about 2 months later, now i've got a copyright claim on my channel. It's saying that this is where it came from originally:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEuDrVJ6CrE
even though u posted yours back in 2013. I disputed it because obviously yours was online first but just a heads up to anyone using it on youtube, you may get a surprise copyright claim.
