The track has so much more potential and may work well as part of a film background or as part of a recorded script.

Hi P3PP3R, assuming it is for a non-commercial game, feel free. All I ask is for a credit for the sound sample if you distribute it.
If you are looking to use it commercially, that will require further discussion, but it wouldn't be a straight no.
