I googled "online audio converter" & it worked for me. I tried to post the name of the site but it considered it spam...sorry!

Use .wav because neither Premier, Avid or Protools are able to import ogg.

@hugoelfnerr I use OGG because it's completely free for commercial use; MP3 sometimes has restrictions on it, depending on the encoder/decoder you're using. Or so I understand it, anyway. You can open/edit them in Audacity.
