While at a local recording studio (Asheville, NC) I took some stereo recordings of a glockenspiel. I recorded first with a wooden mallet, and then with a felt mallet. I recorded notes in a diminished chord: C, D#, F#, A, etc. So if you pull them into a sampler vst, you need to stretch each note up and down a chromatic step.
