There are fewer and fewer trees in the city, and instead of them come the birds' voices - though specially recorded and matched to the right rhythm. On the one hand, the idea is good, because the harsh and oppressive sound of traffic lights acoustically pollutes the city. This one is really perceived more pleasant.
But on the other hand - is it really necessary to put natural sounds in such a framework? After all, their beauty is just in their unpredictability. We don't know when they're going to sound, and we have almost no control over that.
Perhaps we need something in between?

Loud chirp in the middle sounds cool. Too short to extend the audio smoothly and too distinct to layer onto other ambient sounds, though. Could be a good sample in a song.
