Regarding the license statement, the footer's comment is a generic and common message applied to "all sounds" that I published, regardless of what license it falls under.
Thank you for bringing it to a notice. I will try to update the text for clarity.
The intent is to inform the user that they should not redistribute the original content under their name claiming as if they created it, even if my sound is in CC0. There is no other issues for the usages, and embedding of these sounds otherwise in any products. Wherever the creator should be identified, the original author name should appear ;-)
