I'm using this sound in a project I am working on for creating 1,320,000 New Independently Owned and Operated manufacturing businesses in America. I call it the E.E.D.System (EMERGENCY ECONOMIC DISASTER SYSTEM)I am poking fun at Washington DC telling America "This was only a Test and that we can go back to work now." The only problem was Washington might want to tell us about this test first. but then it's Washington isn't it?
