yes i made this and finetune it. there are opensource 8bit sound generators, but still you have to find the right sound, adjust the settings, so thats a original sound and finetune it yourself. Of course after that you have to edit in audacity to make it perfect. It takes time, but i hope people can use the sounds for there projects. Like any other effects every creator have to adjust/ cut/ noisefree the settings in a software progam, to make it a original effect by the creator, so its not the same like everybody else. Its sound easy, but to make a original sound takes time and patience. I always manually adjust the settings from 8 bit generators, because the standards sounds coming out from generators are not my kind of taste and almost sounds the same.
