Thanks for putting this together! A side comment: If you have posted the work under the Creative Commons 0 License, it means attribution is not required. So, when you say "Make sure to credit", this depends entirely on the users' willingness to do so. If you require credit, then the work should be licensed differently. Moreover, once a work is offered to the public domain (Creative Commons 0 License), you can't re-copyright it and add restrictions.
