A pair of slightly shimmering, high chord sounds of different pitches - created to work together - which gradually get louder before dying fairly quickly away from their respective peaks.

Could perhaps be used as a soundtrack element to accompany emerging into bright light, flying over the edge of a cliff, a sudden realisation, revelation or epiphany - that kind of thing.
