A recording of the ringing sounds made by a 1950s British GPO 332L bakelite telephone. Made using an Edirol R-09HR field recorder in 2010. There are no other ambient sounds as I made it for a mobile phone ring tone to replace the in-built US-style telephone ring. There are 17 rings in this recording to avoid a hiccup if the tone were to repeat.
