A recording of the ringing sounds made by a 1950s British GPO 332L bakelite telephone. Recorded using a close-miked Edirol R-09HR field recorder in 2010. There are no other ambient sounds. I made it for a mobile phone ring tone to replace the in-built US-style telephone ring. There are seventeen rings in this recording to negate having to loop the recording.
