Soundscape recorded at the village of Santa Maria Salina on the island of Salina. Ominous clouds loom above and cover the island's volcanoes.
Thunder and strong wind are the protagonists of the recording along with the crashing of the waves on the breakwater.
Sounds of cars and motorbikes can also be heard in the distance. A few turtle doves in the distance.
The wind is so strong that the windscreen is not enough to protect the capsules from creating bumbs and clips (removed from the recording with as conservative an editing as possible)
