The sound recording was made in a forest park on the outskirts of a small town, on a cool sunny morning in the last days of May. A quiet atmosphere, with calm birdsong and the occasional unobtrusive passing car and very intrusive mosquitoes.
Recorded May 29 , 2025 on Tascam DR-05x, with post processing.
Location: near the city of Ekaterinburg (Russia), Verkhnee Dubrovo Town.

Hi Craig! No, I didn't add reverberation to this sound! It's a natural reverberation. I just liked the acoustics of this place and I made a record. I chose a position that would show the depth of perspective. Yes. There are a lot of tall trees in this forest park. Mostly pine trees. But there are also birches and other trees. In general, there are a lot of interesting locations around this town where you can make good recordings. The main thing is that it's very quiet there. And if you're lucky, you'll come back with a selection of good recordings and a good mood.
