This drone turned out to be very similar in sound to that famous creepy drone by Akira Yamaoka from the soundtrack to the game Silent Hill 2 (and later to the movie Silent Hill). It may be suitable for use in the appropriate sound design of complex sound textures, when producing more complex sounds.

Thanks Dylan! I am glad that you liked the result. Your assessment is always pleasant. Yes, this is the Akira track. I just forgot its name. Later in the movie, the original drone was in several remade tracks.

And yes, it definitely sounds a great deal like the drone from "The Darkness That Lurks In Our Mind" from Silent Hill 2.
