Time period represented here is approximately 03:50 to 05:40 on 26th June, 2025. Sunrise was at 04:42. A cricket (I don't know the species, but will amend this description if I am able to determine this) can be heard from the start as well as distant birds. The first birds to be heard close by are Eurasian magpies. Others that can be heard include common wood pigeon, carrion crow, common blackbird, dunnock, house sparrow and great spotted woodpecker.
The microphones were fixed to stems of a Buddleia close to an oak tree in a residential area that can be considered suburban.
