The crackles and pops of snapping shrimp underwater. This sound is made by suddenly closing their claw to stun their prey. Because the wind was very blustery on this day, the sound of choppy waves can also be heard throughout the recording.
Recorded at Canaveral National Seashore by Nathan Wolek & the students of DIGA 260V.
