This sound is part of the pack Russian Elevators
An old Soviet/Russian elevator running on low speed.
Before an elevator reaches the stop point it enters precise stop point when its motor switches to the lower speed. When it runs on low speed it produces pretty industrial sound.
This is elevator nr. 2 (see other similar sounds in my pack 'Russian Elevators')
Recorded with Zoom H1n, Gain only applied.
